Stresstabs are as multivitamin supplements to provide vitamins and minerals that cannot be obtained from diet and additionally to treat vitamin and mineral deficiencies that occur as a result of illnesses, pregnancy, poor nutrition, digestive disorders and other medications. Stresstabs w/ Iron additionally contain a larger supplement of iron than other multivitamins.
Stresstabs should be stored in their original container, according to the packaging directions.

Do not take any additional vitamin or mineral products unless you are directed to do so by your doctor while you are taking Stresstabs.
Stresstabs should be taken exactly in the manner that is described in the packaging directions. Never take more than the recommended dose of Stresstabs. Stresstabs tablets should be taken with a full glass of water. Do not take Stresstabs with milk or other calcium products, as calcium may make it more difficult for your body to absorb its multivitamins.
Do not take any multivitamins if you are pregnant, plan to become pregnant or breastfeeding. Stresstabs can harm an unborn child when taken in large doses.
